A man who posted Craigslist ads seeking to buy a “crazy musical” was arrested on charges of fraud, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
John Edward Pfeffer, 31, was arrested Thursday night at his home on the 6000 block of Alameda Street in Santa Ana, according the Santa Maria Police Department, which investigated.
